Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

HAVE YOU SEEN him who denies the Day of Judgement? 1 It is he who turns down the orphans 2 And does not induce others to feed the needy. 3 Woe, then, to those who pray, 4 Who are heedless of their prayer; 5 Those who do good deeds only to be seen (of men), 6 and refuse to help the needy. 7

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
