Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful

Have you seen him who denies the Recompense? 1 Then such is the (man) who repulses the orphan (with harshness), 2 And urgeth not the feeding of the poor, 3 Woe, then, to those who pray, 4 who are heedless of their prayers (delaying them from their prescribed times), 5 who show off (his good deeds) 6 And who withholds even common necessaries. 7

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
