Thorns (Al-Masad)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Key (Al-Faatehah) before The Rolling (Al-Takweer)

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

DOOMED are the hands of him of the glowing countence: and doomed is he! 1 His wealth will not suffice him, neither what he has gained; 2 He will soon enter the flaming fire. 3 And so will his wife; carrying a bundle of firewood on her head. 4 Around her neck will be a rope of palm fibre. 5

Almighty God's Truth.
