Daybreak (Al-Falaq)
5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Elephant (Al-Feel) before People (Al-Naas)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
Say: “I seek refuge with the Lord of the rising day; 1 from the evil of what He has created, 2 "And from the evil of the darkening (night) as it comes with its darkness; (or the moon as it sets or goes away). 3 from the evil of the women who blow on knots, 4 “And from the evil of the envier when he is envious of me.” 5
God the Almighty always says the truth.
