(People), is your creation harder for God than that of the heavens, which He created, raised and established 27 He raised its ceiling and proportioned it. 28 and darkened its night and brought forth its morning. 29 And after it spread out the earth. 30 He extracted from it its water and its pasture, 31 And the mountains He has fixed firmly; 32 As provision for you and your grazing livestock. 33 But when the great disaster cometh, 34 on the Day that man remembers what he strove for 35 and Hell is advanced for whoever sees, 36 So for one who rebelled, 37 and prefers the life of this world, 38 surely, Hell will be their refuge. 39 And as for him who dreaded standing before his Lord, and restrained his soul from lust, 40 surely Paradise shall be the refuge. 41 They question thee of the Hour: when will its arrival be? 42 What do you have to do with explaining it? 43 To your Lord is the goal of it. 44 you are but a warner for those who fear it. 45 On the day that they see it, it will be as though they had not tarried but the latter part of a day or the early part of it. 46
