Say (O Muhammad SAW): "I am only a warner and there is no Ilah (God) except Allah (none has the right to be worshipped but Allah) the One, the Irresistible, 65 The Lord of the heavens and the earth and what is between them, the Mighty, the most Forgiving. 66 Say: 'This is a mighty message 67 Whence ye turn away! 68 I had no knowledge of the chiefs on high when they disputed; 69 "Only this has been inspired to me, that I am a plain warner." 70 Behold, thy Lord said to the angels: "I am about to create man from clay: 71 and when I have formed him fully and breathed My spirit into him, prostrate yourselves before him." 72 So the angels prostrated themselves, all of them together: 73 Except Iblis (Satan) he was proud and was one of the disbelievers. 74 Said Allah, “O Iblis! What prevented you from prostrating before one whom I have created with My hands*? Have you become proud or were you haughty from the beginning?” (Used as a metaphor). 75 He (satan) replied: 'I am better than he. You created me from fire, and You created him from clay' 76 'Begone' said He, 'you are stoned'. 77 and My rejection shall be thy due until the Day of Judgment!" 78 He said, "Lord, grant me respite until the Day of Resurrection". 79 The Lord said, "You will only be given a respite 80 "Till the Day of the time appointed." 81 (Iblis) said: “By Your glory, I shall mislead them all 82 “Except Your chosen bondmen among them.” 83 (Allah) said: "The Truth is, and the Truth I say, 84 [That] I will surely fill Hell with you and those of them that follow you all together." 85 (O Prophet), tell them: “I do not ask you for any recompense for the performance of this task; nor am I given to affectation. 86 It is nothing but a reminder unto all beings, 87 You will know the truth of the matter after a while.” 88
