The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ GLORIFY THE NAME of your Lord, most high, 1 Who created and proportioned 2 And Who makes (things) according to a measure, then guides (them to their goal), 3 The One Who produced pasture. 4 And then makes it dark stubble. 5 We shall make thee recite, to forget not 6 except what Allah should wish. He knows all that is manifest and all that is hidden. 7 We shall ease you to follow the way of Ease. 8 Therefore remind (men) in case the reminder profits (them). 9 He who fears [God] will heed the reminder, 10 but the reprobates will turn away 11 Who will burn in the terrible Fire, 12 wherein he will neither die nor remain alive. 13 To happiness [in the life to come] will indeed attain he who attains to purity [in this world,] 14 and mentions the Name of his Lord, and prays. 15 But you prefer the life of this world, 16 and the world to come is better, and more enduring. 17 Indeed, this is in the former scriptures, 18 The Books of Abraham and Moses. 19
