The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Dawn (Al-Fajr) before Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
CONSIDER the bright morning hours, 1 And by the night when it is still (or darkens); 2 (O Prophet), your Lord has neither forsaken you, nor is He displeased. 3 and the Last shall be better for thee than the First. 4 For your Lord will certainly give you, and you will be content. 5 Did He not find thee an orphan, and shelter thee? 6 Did He not find you wandering, and give you guidance? 7 And He found you poor and made [you] self-sufficient. 8 Therefore, be not harsh with the orphan; 9 nor drive away the one who asks. 10 But as for the favor of your Lord, report [it]. 11
God the Almighty always says the truth.

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
