And We indeed did a great favour to Moosa and Haroon. 114 And We saved them and their people from the great distress; 115 And We helped them, so they were the vanquishers. 116 We gave them the explicit Book, 117 And guided them to the Straight Path. 118 And We perpetuated (praise) to them among the later generations. 119 Peace be upon Moses and Aaron. 120 Even so We recompense the good-doers; 121 They are among Our faithful devotees. 122 And indeed, Elias was from among the messengers, 123 Behold, he said to his people, "Will ye not fear (Allah)? 124 Do you call on Baal and abandon the Best of Creators, 125 Allah, your Lord and the Lord of your first forefathers?" 126 Then they belied him, so verily they are to be brought up. 127 except Allah's chosen servants. 128 We preserved a good name for him among posterity. 129 Peace be on Ilyas. 130 Thus indeed do We reward those who do right. 131 He was one of Our believing servants. 132 Lot too was one of the Envoys; 133 When We delivered him and his followers, all-- 134 except for an old woman who stayed behind, 135 Then We destroyed the others. 136 And surely ye pass by them in the morning. 137 And at night; do you not then understand? 138
