▼ 56 The Inevitable
Al-Waaqe'ah 3 of 3
۞ But nay! I swear by the falling of stars; 75 And lo! that verily is a tremendous oath, if ye but knew - 76 that this is indeed a noble Quran, 77 In a Register well-protected; 78 None touch it except the purified. 79 A revelation from the Lord of the Worlds. 80 What, do you hold this discourse in disdain, 81 And to give (it) the lie you make your means of subsistence. 82 Why can you not help a soul dying 83 the while you are [helplessly] looking on 84 And We are nigher unto him than ye are, but ye behold not 85 If you are true to your claim that there is no Day of Judgment, 86 Do ye not force it back, if ye are truthful? 87 [ALL OF YOU are destined to die.] Now if one happens to be of those who are drawn close unto God, 88 (There is for him) Rest and Satisfaction, and a Garden of Delights. 89 And if he is one of those on the right hand, 90 (he will be greeted with): 'Peace be upon you, Companion of the Right' 91 But if he is of the deniers and the errants, 92 Then an entertainment of boiling water. 93 and the heat of a blazing fire! 94 Surely this is the truth of certainty. 95 Therefore (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him) proclaim the Purity of the name of your Lord, the Greatest. 96
God the Almighty always says the truth.
