Are ye the harder to create, or is the heaven that He built? 27 He hath raised the height thereof and perfected it. 28 and darkened its night and brought forth its morning. 29 And after that He spread the earth; 30 produced water and grass therefrom, 31 And the mountains, He made them firm, 32 an enjoyment for you and your herds. 33 Then, when the Great Catastrophe comes 34 the Day when the human will remember what he has worked for, 35 and when Hell is advanced for whoever sees, 36 For, unto him who shall have transgressed the bounds of what is right, 37 And preferred the life of this world (by following his evil desires and lusts), 38 that blazing fire will truly be the goal! 39 And for such as had entertained the fear of standing before their Lord's (tribunal) and had restrained (their) soul from lower desires, 40 Then indeed Paradise only is his destination. 41 They ask thee about the Hour,-'When will be its appointed time? 42 What concern do you have to speak about that? 43 This matter is in the hands of your Lord. 44 You are only a warner for those who fear it. 45 On the Day they see it, they will feel as though they had stayed (in the grave) no more than one evening or one morning. 46
