And, indeed We gave Our Grace to Musa (Moses) and Harun (Aaron). 114 and We saved them with their nation from a great distress. 115 We succoured them, and they gained the upper hand (against their enemies). 116 And We gave them the clear Scripture 117 and guided them in the straight path, 118 And We left (this blessing) for them among generations (to come) in later times: 119 "Peace upon Moses and Aaron." 120 Even so We recompense the good-doers; 121 Indeed, they were of Our believing servants. 122 AND, BEHOLD, Elijah [too] was indeed one of Our message-bearers 123 When he said to his people: "Will you not fear Allah? 124 Will ye cry unto Baal and forsake the Best of creators, 125 God, your Lord, and the Lord of your fathers, the ancients?' 126 And they denied him, so indeed, they will be brought [for punishment], 127 except the sincere servants of God. 128 And We kept his praise among the latter generations. 129 "Peace and salutation to such as Elias!" 130 Even so We recompense the good-doers; 131 Surely he was one of Our believing servants. 132 Lot too was one of the Envoys; 133 When We saved him and his family, all, 134 except an old woman who lingered, 135 Then We totally destroyed the others. 136 And indeed, you pass by them in the morning 137 and at night, will you not understand? 138
