The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful

When the earth is shaken by the shaking thereof, 1 when the earth shakes off her burdens, 2 and the human asks: "What is the matter with it?" 3 on that Day it will narrate its account, 4 Because your Lord had inspired her. 5 On that day men shall come forth in sundry bodies that they may be shown their works. 6 So. he who has done an atom's weight of good shall see it 7 And whosoever hath worked ill of an atom's weight shall behold it. 8

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
