Pray, "Lord, if you would show me that [the punishment] of which they have been warned, 93 exclude me from the unjust people". 94 And indeed We are Able to show you (O Muhammad SAW) that with which We have threatened them. 95 Repel evil with that which is better. We are Best-Acquainted with the things they utter. 96 And say, "My Lord, I seek refuge in You from the incitements of the devils, 97 I seek your protection should they approach me." 98 Until, when death comes to one of them he says: 'My Lord, let me go back, 99 so that I might act righteously in whatever I have failed [aforetime]!" Nay, it is indeed but a [meaningless] word that he utters: for behind those [who leave the world] there is a barrier [of death] until the Day when all will be raised from the dead! 100 And when the Horn is blown, on that Day their ties of kindred shall be no more, nor will they ask each other. 101 Then, those whose scales (of good deeds) are heavy, - these, they are the successful. 102 And as for him whose good deeds are light, these are they who shall have lost their souls, abiding in hell 103 The fire lashes their faces and therein are shriveled lips. 104 (We shall say): 'Were My verses not recited to you, and did you not belie them' 105 They will say, "Our Lord, our wretchedness overcame us, and we were a people astray. 106 Our Lord! Take us out of this. Then if we revert (to evil-doing) we shall indeed be wrongdoers." 107 He will say, "Be quiet and say nothing." 108 There was a group of my servants among you who always prayed: Lord, forgive us and grant us mercy; You are the best of those who show mercy. 109 "You mocked and laughed at them until you forgot all about Me. 110 Today I shall recompense them for their patience, for it is they that have won. 111 God will ask them, "How many years did you live in your graves?" 112 They will say, "We remained a day or part of a day; ask those who enumerate." 113 He shall say, 'You have tarried but a little, did you know. 114 What! did you then think that We had created you in vain and that you shall not be returned to Us? 115 High Exalted be Allah, the King, the Truth. There is no god except He, the Lord of the Noble Throne. 116 He who invokes any other god along with Allah " one for whom he has no evidence" his reckoning is with his Lord alone. Indeed, these unbelievers shall not prosper. 117 Hence, [O believer,] say: "O my Sustainer! Grant [me] forgiveness and bestow Thy mercy [upon me]: for Thou art the truest bestower of mercy!" 118
