And indeed, We created man from sounding clay of altered black smooth mud. 26 and the jinn We had created before from flaming fire. 27 And recall when your Lord said to the angels, “I will create man from sounding clay made out of black smelly mud.” 28 And when I have fashioned him and breathed into him of My spirit, bow before him in homage;" 29 All the angels prostrated themselves, 30 Except Iblis. He refused to bow with the adorers. 31 "How is it, O Iblis," said (the Lord), "you did not join those who bowed in homage?" 32 He said, "Never would I prostrate to a human whom You created out of clay from an altered black mud." 33 God said, "Then get out of here; for you are accursed, 34 Upon thee shall rest the curse, till the Day of Doom.' 35 Said he, 'My Lord, respite me till the day they shall be raised.' 36 "You are among the reprieved," (said the Lord), 37 “Till the Day of a well-known time.” 38 He said, "My Lord, since You have let me go astray. I shall make the path of error seem alluring to them on the earth and shall mislead them all, 39 "Except Your chosen, (guided) slaves among them." 40 (Allah) said: "This is the Way which will lead straight to Me." 41 Over My true servants you will be able to exercise no power, your power will be confined to the erring ones, those who choose to follow you. 42 and for all such, behold, hell is the promised goal. 43 Seven gates it has, and unto each gate a set portion of them belongs.' 44

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
