In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ Ta'. Sin. Mim. 1 These are the verses of the perspicuous Book. 2 Wouldst thou, perhaps, torment thyself to death [with grief] because they [who live around thee] refuse to believe [in it]? 3 If We list, We can send down unto them a sign from the heaven so that their necks would become to it submissive. 4 But never fresh remembrance comes to them from the All-merciful, except they turn away from it. 5 So they have cried lies; therefore assuredly tidings will come to them of that they mocked at. 6 What, have they not regarded the earth, how many therein We have caused to grow of every generous kind? 7 Indeed in this is a sign; and most of them will not accept faith. 8 Surely thy Lord, He is the All-mighty, the All-compassionate. 9
