Al-nahl 9 of 16

And most surely there is a lesson for you in the cattle; We give you to drink of what is in their bellies-- from betwixt the feces and the blood-- pure milk, easy and agreeable to swallow for those who drink. 66 And from the fruits of date and grapes, for you make juices and good nourishment from them; indeed in this is a sign for people of intellect. 67 And your Lord inspired to the bee, "Take for yourself among the mountains, houses, and among the trees and [in] that which they construct. 68 Then eat of all fruits, and follow the ways of thy Lord, made smooth (for thee). There cometh forth from their bellies a drink divers of hues, wherein is healing for mankind. Lo! herein is indeed a portent for people who reflect. 69 It is God who creates you, then makes you die; and some reach the age of dotage when they forget what they had known before. God is indeed all-knowing and all-powerful. 70
