Hizb 38
< random >
The people of Noah rejected the messengers. 105 When their brother Noah said unto them: Will ye not ward off (evil)? 106 Surely I am a faithful apostle to you; 107 So keep your duty to Allah, and obey me. 108 And I do not ask you for it any payment. My payment is only from the Lord of the worlds. 109 so fear you God, and obey you me.' 110 ۞ They said, 'Shall we believe thee, whom the vilest follow?' 111 He said: "It is not for me to know what they were doing. 112 Their account is only with my Lord, if you could perceive 113 I do not drive away the believers. 114 I am only a plain warner. 115 Said they: "Indeed, if thou desist not, O Noah, thou wilt surely be stoned to death!" 116 [Whereupon] he prayed: "O my Sustainer! Behold, my people have given me the lie: 117 Judge among us and save me and the believers with me". 118 So We delivered him and those with him in the loaded ark, 119 afterwards, We drowned the rest. 120 Verily herein is a sign, yet most of them are not believers. 121 Your Lord is the Almighty, the Most Merciful. 122

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
