And it is He who produced for you hearing and vision and hearts; little are you grateful. 78 He it is who has multiplied you on the earth and to Him you shall all be gathered: 79 And He it is Who quickeneth and causeth to die, and His is the alternation of night and day; will ye not then reflect? 80 Nay, but they say the like of what their predecessors of yore had said. 81 They say: when we are dead, and have become dust and bones, shall we verily be raised up? 82 Certainly we are promised this, and (so were) our fathers aforetime; this is naught but stories of those of old. 83 Say: "Unto whom belongs the earth and all that lives there on? [Tell me this] if you happen to know [the answer]!" 84 They will quickly reply, "It belongs to God." Say, "Will you not, then, take heed?" 85 Say: Who is Lord of the seven heavens, and Lord of the Tremendous Throne? 86 They will say, "[They belong] to Allah." Say, "Then will you not fear Him?" 87 Ask them: "Say, if you indeed know, to whom belongs the dominion over all things; (Who is it) that grants asylum, but against Whom no asylum is available?" 88 They will say: Unto Allah (all that belongeth). Say: How then are ye bewitched? 89 Nay, but We brought them the truth and they are truly liars. 90 God has not begotten a son, nor is there any god besides Him. Had this been so, each god would have taken away what he had created with him, and some would have risen over the others. God is much too glorious for what they attribute (to Him)! 91 Knower of the unseen and the seen, Exalted is He above that which they associate! 92
