And He it is Who brought forth for you hearing and sight and hearts, little thanks ye give! 78 It is He who multiplied you on the earth, and it will be before Him that you will be gathered. 79 It is He Who gives life and death, and to Him (is due) the alternation of Night and Day: will ye not then understand? 80 Nay, they say the like of what the ancients said: 81 They said: "When we are dead and have become dust and bones, shall we be resurrected indeed? 82 "Verily, this we have been promised, we and our fathers before (us)! This is only the tales of the ancients!" 83 Ask them: "Whose is the earth and those who are in it? Tell us if you know" 84 They will say: Allah's. Say: Will you not then mind? 85 Ask them: "Who is the Lord of the seven heavens, the Lord of the Great Throne?" 86 They will surely say: God. Say thou: will ye not then fear? 87 Say, “In Whose hand is the control over all things, and He provides refuge, and none can provide refuge against Him, if you know?” 88 They will say: "God's." Say: "Then why are you so deluded?" 89 Aye! We have brought them the truth and verily they are the liars. 90 Allah has not taken any son, nor has there ever been with Him any deity. [If there had been], then each deity would have taken what it created, and some of them would have sought to overcome others. Exalted is Allah above what they describe [concerning Him]. 91 knowing all that is beyond the reach of a created being's perception as well as all that can be witnessed by a creature's senses or mind and hence, sublimely exalted is He above anything to which they may ascribe a share in His divinity! 92
