And the heaven We constructed with strength, and indeed, We are [its] expander. 47 We have spread out the earth and how brilliantly it is spread! 48 And We created all things in pairs, so that you may ponder. 49 Therefor flee unto Allah; lo! I am a plain warner unto you from him. 50 Do not set up another god, along with God. I come from Him to warn you plainly. 51 Thus has it been (in the past): never did a Messenger come to the nations that preceded them but they said: “(He is) a sorcerer, or a mad-man.” 52 Have they handed this down to one another? They are certainly a people who exceed all bounds, 53 (Muhammad), leave them alone and you will not be blamed. 54 but keep on exhorting them, for exhortation benefits the believers. 55 And I created the jinns and men, only for them to worship Me. 56 I do not expect to receive any sustenance from them or that they should feed Me. 57 Surely Allah is the Bestower of all provision, the Lord of all power, the Strong. 58 And verily, for those who do wrong, there is a portion of torment like to the evil portion of torment (which came for) their likes (of old), so let them not ask Me to hasten on! 59 And woe to those who have disbelieved from their Day which they are promised. 60
