Verily for the God-fearing is an achievement. 31 gardens and vineyards, 32 And maidens of a single age. 33 And a full cup. 34 They will hear therein no babble nor falsehood: 35 This will be their reward from your Lord, a favor from Him and a recompense for their deeds. 36 The Lord of the heavens and the earth, and all that lies between them, most benevolent, to whom none may dare address a word. 37 Upon the day when the Spirit and the angels stand in ranks they shall speak not, save him to whom the All-merciful has given leave, and who speaks aright. 38 That is without doubt the True Day, so, whosoever wills, let him seek a place with (or a way to) His Lord (by obeying Him in this worldly life)! 39 We warn you of a punishment that has come near; a day on which man will see what his own hands have sent ahead, and the disbeliever will say, “Alas – if only I were dust!” 40
