227 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah) before The Ant (Al-Naml)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
۞ Ta Sin Mim. 1 These are the verses of the Book that makes (things) clear. 2 Possibly you may risk your life (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him) by grieving, because they did not believe. 3 But if We had so willed, We could have sent down to them a sign from the heavens so that their heads would be bowed down before it in utter humility. 4 Whenever a new message comes to them from the Beneficent God, they turn away from it. 5 So they have indeed denied (the truth - this Quran), then the news of what they mocked at, will come to them. 6 Have they not seen the earth, how many We caused to grow in it every generous kind? 7 Lo! herein is indeed a portent; yet most of them are not believers. 8 And verily, your Lord! He is truly the All-Mighty, the Most Merciful. 9
