The nation of Noah, belied their Messengers. 105 When their fellowman Nooh said to them, “Do you not fear?” 106 I am a trustworthy Messenger sent to you. 107 So be fearful of God and listen to me. 108 And I ask of you no hire therefor; my hire is but with the Lord of the worlds. 109 So fear Allah and obey me." 110 ۞ They said, “Shall we believe in you, whereas the abject people are with you?” 111 Said he: "And what knowledge could I have as to what they were doing [before they came to me]? 112 Their account falls only upon My Lord, if you were but aware. 113 And I am not going to drive away the believers; 114 I am none but a plain warner." 115 They said: "If you do not desist, O Noah, you will be stoned to death." 116 He said, “My Lord, my people have denied me.” 117 So pass a clear judgement between me and them and rescue me and the believers with me." 118 And We saved him and those with him in the laden ship. 119 and drowned the rest. 120 Verily in this is a Sign: but most of them do not believe. 121 Your Lord is Majestic and All-merciful. 122
