SAY: "Call upon those [beings] whom you imagine [to be endowed with divine powers] beside God: they have not an atom's weight of power either in the heavens or on earth, nor have they any share in [governing] either, nor does He [choose to] have any helper from among them." 22 "No intercession can avail in His Presence, except for those for whom He has granted permission. So far (is this the case) that, when terror is removed from their hearts (at the Day of Judgment, then) will they say, 'what is it that your Lord commanded?' they will say, 'That which is true and just; and He is the Most High Most Great'." 23 ۞ Ask them, (O Prophet): “Who provides you sustenance from the heavens and the earth?” Say: “Allah. Now, inevitably only one of us is rightly guided, either we or you; and the other is in manifest error.” 24 Proclaim, “You will not be questioned regarding the sins you assume we have committed, nor will we be questioned regarding your misdeeds.” 25 Say: 'Our Lord will bring us all together, then, with truth, He will rightly judge between us. He is the Opener, the Knower. 26 Say to them, "Show me those whom you have joined with Him as partners. No indeed! For He alone is God, the Mighty One, the Wise One." 27 And We have not sent thee save as a bearer of glad tidings and a warner unto all mankind; but most of mankind know not. 28 They say, 'When shall this promise come to pass, if you speak the truth?' 29 Say: "The appointment to you is for a Day, which ye cannot put back for an hour nor put forward." 30
