۞ O mankind, you are those in need of Allah, while Allah is the Free of need, the Praiseworthy. 15 If He will, He can be rid of you and bring (instead of you) some new creation. 16 That is not a hard thing for Allah. 17 No laden soul shall bear another's load. If one is heavy burdened and calls for his load to be carried, nothing of it will be carried, not even if he is a close relative. You warn only those who fear their Lord in the Unseen, and establish the prayer. He who purifies himself, purifies himself for the good of his own soul. To Allah is the arrival. 18 And the blind and the seeing are not alike 19 Nor are the darknesses and the light, 20 Nor is the shadow equal with the sun's full heat; 21 nor are the living and the dead equal. Allah makes to hear whosoever He will, but you cannot make those who are in their graves hear. 22 You are simply a warner. 23 Verily We have sent thee in truth, as a bearer of glad tidings, and as a warner: and there never was a people, without a warner having lived among them (in the past). 24 And if they deny thee, those before them also denied. Their messengers came unto them with clear proofs (of Allah's Sovereignty), and with the Psalms and the Scripture giving light. 25 Then I seized the disbelievers; so how did denial My rejection turn out? 26
