We also bestowed Our favour on Moses and Aaron: 114 And delivered them and their people from the great affliction. 115 and succoured them, so that [in the end] it was they who achieved victory. 116 And We gave them the explicit Scripture, 117 And showed them the straight path, 118 And We perpetuated (praise) to them among the later generations. 119 Peace be on Musa and Haroun. 120 Thus indeed do We reward those who do right. 121 they were among Our believing servants. 122 And indeed, Elias was from among the messengers, 123 He said to his people, "Have you no fear [of God?] 124 Would you call on Baal and leave the best of creators, 125 God, your Lord, and the Lord of your fathers, the ancients?' 126 But they belied him, so they will be among the arraigned (in Hell), 127 except for God's sincere servants; 128 And We left for him (a goodly remembrance) among generations (to come) in later times; 129 Peace be on Ilyas. 130 Lo! thus do We reward the good. 131 Lo! he is one of our believing slaves. 132 Lot was certainly a Messenger. 133 We saved him and all his people, 134 Save an old woman among the lingerers. 135 Then We destroyed the others. 136 You pass by their desolate habitations in the morning 137 and in the night; will you not understand? 138
