Drivers of the Winds (Al-Dhaareyaat)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
By those [winds] scattering [dust] dispersing 1 And those that bear the burden (of the rain) 2 Then by oath of those which move with ease. 3 by the angels which distribute the affairs, 4 Verily the promise made to you is true: 5 And undoubtedly justice will surely be done. 6 By the heaven with its numerous forms: 7 You are surely caught in contradictions., 8 Turned aside therefrom is who is turned aside. 9 Accursed be the conjecturers 10 Who are within a flood [of confusion] and heedless. 11 They ask, "When will the Day of Judgement come?" 12 [It is] the Day they will be tormented over the Fire 13 "Taste you your trial (burning)! This is what you used to ask to be hastened!" 14 Indeed, the righteous will be among gardens and springs, 15 Accepting the rewards given by their Lord; they were indeed virtuous before this. 16 They used to sleep but little by night [invoking their Lord (Allah) and praying, with fear and hope]. 17 and at dawn would ask forgiveness, 18 and in their wealth there was a rightful share for him who would ask and for the destitute. 19 AND ON EARTH there are signs [of God's existence, visible] to all who are endowed with inner certainty, 20 And also in your ownselves. Will you not then see? 21 And in the heaven is your providence and that which ye are promised; 22 And by the Lord of the heavens and the earth, it is the truth, even as (it is true) that ye speak. 23
