▼ 51 Drivers of the Winds
Al-Dhaareyaat 3 of 3
We have built the heaven with might, and We it is Who make the vast extent (thereof). 47 And We have spread out the earth, how Excellent Spreader (thereof) are We! 48 And all things We have created by pairs, that haply ye may reflect. 49 (Muhammad), tell them,"Seek refuge in God. I have been sent from Him to plainly warn you. 50 Do not choose other gods besides Him. I have been sent from Him to plainly warn you". 51 Even so there came no messenger unto those before them but they said: A wizard or a madman! 52 Have they handed down (the saying) as an heirloom one unto another? Nay, but they are froward folk. 53 So turn thou from them; thou wilt not be reproached. 54 And remind, for indeed, the reminder benefits the believers. 55 I created the jinn and humankind only that they might worship Me. 56 I desire of them no provision, neither do I desire that they should feed Me. 57 Surely Allah is the Bestower of sustenance, the Lord of Power, the Strong. 58 The wrongdoers will meet the same fate as their predecessors, let them not ask Me to hasten on [the punishment], 59 And woe to those who have disbelieved from their Day which they are promised. 60

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
