Believers, fear God as is His due, and when death comes, be in a state of complete submission to Him. 102 And hold fast, all together, unto the bond with God, and do not draw apart from one another. And remember the blessings which God has bestowed upon you: how, when you were enemies, He brought your hearts together, so that through His blessing you became brethren; and [how, when] you were on the brink of a fiery abyss, He saved you from it. In this way God makes clear His messages unto you, so that you might find guidance, 103 Let there be a group among you who call others to good, and enjoin what is right, and forbid what is wrong: those who do this shall be successful. 104 And be not like unto those who separated and differed among themselves after there had come unto them evidences. These! for them shall be a torment mighty. 105 On a day whereon faces become whitened and faces become blackened. Then as for those whose faces shall have become blackened: disbelieved ye after your profession of belief! taste the torment for that ye have been disbelieving. 106 And those whose faces will be shining, are in the mercy of Allah; they will abide in it forever. 107 These are the mes sages of Allah which We recite to you in truth, and Allah desires no wrong to the people of the world. 108 To Allah belongs all that is in the heavens and on earth: To Him do all questions go back (for decision). 109
