Say, [O Muhammad], "I am only a warner, and there is not any deity except Allah, the One, the Prevailing. 65 He is the Lord of the heavens, the earth, and all that is between them, the Majestic and All-forgiving". 66 Say thou: it is a tiding mighty. 67 Whence ye turn away! 68 I have no knowledge of the dispute among the angels (concerning their attitude towards Adam). 69 I am told (about matters) by means of revelation only because I am a clear warner.” 70 [So mention] when your Lord said to the angels, "Indeed, I am going to create a human being from clay. 71 So when I have fashioned him and breathed into him (his) soul created by Me, then you fall down prostrate to him." 72 Then the angels bowed themselves all together, 73 Except Iblees; he was arrogant and became among the disbelievers. 74 (Allah) said: "O Iblis (Satan)! What prevents you from prostrating yourself to one whom I have created with Both My Hands. Are you too proud (to fall prostrate to Adam) or are you one of the high exalted?" 75 Satan replied, "I am better than him. You created me from fire, but You created him from clay." 76 [Allah] said, "Then get out of Paradise, for indeed, you are expelled. 77 "And verily!, My Curse is on you till the Day of Recompense." 78 He said, "Lord, grant me respite until the Day of Resurrection". 79 Allah said: verily, thou art of those respited. 80 for an appointed time". 81 (Iblis) said: “By Your glory, I shall mislead them all 82 Other than the chosen ones among Your creatures." 83 He (Allah) said: 'This is the truth, and I speak the truth: 84 [That] I will surely fill Hell with you and those of them that follow you all together." 85 Say (O Muhammad, unto mankind): I ask of you no fee for this, and I am no simulating. 86 this is simply an admonition to mankind, 87 and after a while you shall know its news' 88
