Are ye harder to create or the heaven which He hath builded? 27 He lifted up its vault, and levelled it, 28 and making its night dark and bringing forth its morning light, 29 And the earth! thereafter He stretched it out. 30 and has caused its waters to come out of it, and its pastures, 31 And the mountains He has fixed firmly; 32 All this was done as a means of enjoyment for you and your cattle. 33 But when the great predominating calamity comes; 34 The day on which man shall recollect what he strove after, 35 And Hellfire will be exposed for [all] those who see - 36 Then he who had been rebellious 37 And had preferred the life of this world, 38 will find himself in Hell; 39 but one who fears to stand before his Lord and restrained himself from base desires, 40 surely Paradise shall be the refuge. 41 They ask thee of the Hour: when will it come to port? 42 What art thou about, to mention it? 43 Towards your Lord only is its conclusion. 44 Thou art but a warner unto him who feareth. 45 On the day when they see it, it will seem to them as though they had only lived in the world for a morning and an afternoon. 46
