The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
۞ Glorify the name of your Lord, the Most High, 1 Who hath created, and further, given order and proportion; 2 And the One Who kept proper measure and then guided. 3 It is He who has caused the grass to grow, 4 then made it a blackening wrack. 5 We shall make you recite (the Qur'an) so that you will not forget it, 6 Except what Allah wills; indeed He knows all the evident and all the concealed. 7 We shall ease you to follow the way of Ease. 8 Therefore, keep on preaching as long as it is of benefit. 9 He who fears (Allah) shall heed it, 10 And the most unfortunate one will avoid it, 11 He who shall roast into the Great Fire, 12 wherein he will neither die nor remain alive. 13 He indeed shall be successful who purifies himself, 14 and mentions the Name of his Lord, and prays. 15 But ye prefer the life of this world, 16 and the world to come is better, and more enduring. 17 This, indeed, was in the ancient Scrolls, 18 the Scrolls of Abraham and Moses. 19
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
