The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ Proclaim the Purity of your Lord, the Supreme. 1 Who hath created, and further, given order and proportion; 2 who has ordained and guided, 3 Who bringeth forth the pasturage, 4 And then doth make it (but) swarthy stubble. 5 We shall make thee recite, to forget not 6 except what Allah should wish. He knows all that is manifest and all that is hidden. 7 We shall make all your tasks easy. 8 So remind them if reminder is profitable: 9 Admonished is he indeed who feareth, 10 but aloof from it will remain that most hapless wretch 11 even he who shall roast in the Great Fire, 12 In which they will then neither die nor live. 13 He who purifies himself, 14 And who mentioned the name of his Lord, then offered prayer. 15 But you prefer the life of this world, 16 While the Hereafter is better and more enduring. 17 Indeed this is in the former scriptures. 18 The scriptures of Ibrahim and Musa. 19
