Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ Have We not caused thy bosom to dilate, 1 And relieve you of the burden – 2 the burden that weighed down thy back? 3 Did We not exalt thy fame? 4 And behold, with every hardship comes ease: 5 Verily along with every hardship is ease. 6 So when you have finished (from your occupation), then stand up for Allah's worship (i.e. stand up for prayer). 7 and to your Lord turn [all] your attention. 8
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
