The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful

When the earth is shaken with her (violent) shaking, 1 And the earth throws up her burdens (from within), 2 And man will say: "What is the matter with it?" 3 On that Day it will relate all her news, 4 as thy Sustainer will have inspired her to do! 5 On that Day people will go forth in varying states so that they be shown their deeds. 6 So whoever does an atom's weight of good will see it, 7 And whoever does an atom's weight of evil will see it. 8

God the Almighty always says the truth.
