Hoarding (Al-Takaathur)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after Bounty (Al-Kawthar) before Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

The mutual rivalry for piling up of worldly things diverts you, 1 even till you visit the tombs. 2 But no, indeed, you shall soon know. 3 nay, again, you shall soon come to know. 4 Indeed, did you know with certain knowledge 5 You have indeed to behold Hell; 6 Then you shall most certainly see it with the eye of certainty; 7 Then, on that day, you will be questioned about the bounties (of God). 8

Almighty God's Truth.
