The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ Ta-Sin-Mim. [These letters are one of the miracles of the Quran, and none but Allah (Alone) knows their meanings.] 1 These are the verses of the clear Book. 2 Belike thou shalt kill thyself with grief because they become not believers. 3 Had We wanted, We would have sent them a miracle from the sky to make their heads hang down in submission. 4 And there does not come to them a new reminder from the Beneficent Allah but they turn aside from it. 5 So, they belied, but surely the tidings of that they mocked will come to them. 6 Do they not see the earth, how We grow all kinds of noble things upon it? 7 Verily there are signs in this; yet many of them do not believe. 8 And most surely your Lord is the Mighty, the Merciful. 9
