۞ By inspiration we told Moses: "Travel by night with my servants; for surely ye shall be pursued." 52 Then Pharaoh sent heralds to the cities (to mobilise troops) 53 "These," they said, "are only a small band, 54 and indeed they are enraging us; 55 We are warning all of you about them." 56 Thus did We drive them out of their gardens and springs 57 their treasures and a noble station. 58 Even so. And We gave them as a heritage to the children of Israel. 59 So they pursued them at sunrise. 60 And when the two groups saw each other, those with Moosa said, “They have caught us.” 61 Musa said: by no means; verily with me is my Lord; He shall guide me. 62 Then We revealed to Musa: Strike the sea with your staff. So it had cloven asunder, and each part was like a huge mound. 63 Then We brought the others to that place. 64 And We saved Moses and those with him, all together. 65 and then We caused the others to drown. 66 Verily herein is a sign; but most of them are not believers. 67 truly, your Lord is the Mighty One, the Merciful. 68
