۞ And We inspired Moses, saying: Take away My slaves by night, for ye will be pursued. 52 Then Fir'awn sent unto the cities callers: 53 (Who said): Lo! these indeed are but a little troop, 54 "And they are raging furiously against us; 55 We are warning all of you about them." 56 So, We expelled them from gardens and springs, 57 And from treasures and nice houses. 58 Thus it was: but [in the course of time] We were to bestow all these [things] as a heritage on the children of Israel. 59 At sunrise they set off in pursuit of them 60 And when the two hosts saw each other, those with Moses said: Lo! we are indeed caught. 61 He said: Nay, verily! for lo! my Lord is with me. He will guide me. 62 We sent a revelation to Moses saying, "Strike the sea with your staff." The sea was rent asunder and each side stood high up like a huge mountain. 63 In the meantime We made the others approach that place. 64 and We delivered Moses and those with him all together; 65 then We drowned the others. 66 Verily in this is a Sign: but most of them do not believe. 67 Your Lord is certainly Majestic and All-merciful. 68
