۞ And We inspired to Moses, "Travel by night with My servants; indeed, you will be pursued." 52 Then the Pharaoh sent announcers to the cities, 53 saying: "These (Israelites) are only a small band of people 54 who have enraged us greatly. 55 And verily we are host well-provided. 56 Thus did We drive them out of their gardens and springs 57 and their treasures and excellent dwellings. 58 even so, and We bequeathed them upon the Children of Israel. 59 At sunrise, they followed them. 60 When the two forces drew within seeing distance of each other, the people of Moses said: "We shall certainly be overtaken." 61 He said: Nay, verily! for lo! my Lord is with me. He will guide me. 62 Then We revealed to Moses, 'Strike with thy staff the sea'; and it clave, and each part was as a mighty mount. 63 And there We brought the others on, 64 We delivered Moses and every one with him, 65 And We drowned the others. 66 In this there was certainly evidence (of the Truth), but most of them did not have any faith. 67 Surely, your Lord is the Almighty, the Most Merciful. 68
