Hast thou not seen those who wrangle concerning the revelations of Allah, how they are turned away? - 69 Those who belie the Book and that message wherewith We sent Our apostles, presently they shall come to know. 70 when fetters and chains shall be on their necks, and they shall be dragged into 71 Into the boiling water; then into the Fire they will be stocked. 72 Then shall it be said to them: Where is that which you used to set up 73 “As rivals to Allah?”; they will say, “We have lost them – in fact we never used to worship anything before!”; this is how Allah sends the disbelievers astray. 74 "That was because ye were wont to rejoice on the earth in things other than the Truth, and that ye were wont to be insolent. 75 “Enter the gates of hell, to remain in it forever”; so what a wretched destination for the haughty! 76 Therefore have patience, the Promise of Allah is true. Whether We show you something of that We promise them or call you to Us, to Us they shall all return. 77 Before your time We sent other messengers: of them there are some whose story We have related to you, and some whose story We have not related to you. It was not [possible] for any messenger to bring a sign except by the leave of God: but when the command of God was issued, the matter was decided in truth and justice. There and then, those who stood on falsehoods perished. 78
