And there certainly came to the people of Pharaoh warning. 41 They rejected all Our communications, so We overtook them after the manner of a Mighty, Powerful One. 42 Are your infidels better than these? Or is there an immunity for you in the Writs? 43 Or do they say: We are a host allied together to help each other? 44 [Yet] the hosts [of those who deny the truth] shall be routed, and they shall turn their backs [in flight]! 45 Nay, the Hour (of Judgment) is the time promised them (for their full recompense): And that Hour will be most grievous and most bitter. 46 The evil-doers are indeed sunk in error and folly -- 47 The Day they are dragged into the Fire on their faces [it will be said], "Taste the touch of Saqar." 48 We have created everything to fulfill a certain purpose. 49 It takes only a single command from Us (to bring the Day of Judgment) and that can be achieved within the twinkling of an eye. 50 And certainly We have already destroyed the likes of you, but is there anyone who will mind? 51 And each and everything they have done is noted in (their) Records (of deeds). 52 every action, small or great, is noted down. 53 The God-conscious will find themselves in gardens and rivers, 54 Seated in an assembly of the Truth, in the presence of Allah, the Omnipotent King. 55
