Al-Waaqe'ah 3 of 3
۞ I swear by the fallings of the stars 75 And most surely it is a very great oath if you only knew; 76 that this is an honorable Quran 77 In a Book kept hidden 78 None touch it except the purified. 79 A revelation from the Lord of the Worlds. 80 How can you regard this discourse with disdain? 81 You live by calling it a lie. 82 Then why, when the soul at death reaches the throat 83 right before your very eyes? 84 But We (i.e. Our angels who take the soul) are nearer to him than you, but you see not, [Tafsir At-Tabari, Vol. 27, Page 209] 85 why, if you are not at Our disposal, 86 Call back the soul, if ye are true (in the claim of independence)? 87 And if the deceased was of those brought near to Allah, 88 there shall be calmness and ease, a Garden of Delight. 89 And if he was of the companions of the right, 90 (he will be greeted with): 'Peace be upon you, Companion of the Right' 91 But if he is of the deniers and the errants, 92 The welcome will be boiling water 93 And burning in Hell-fire. 94 Verily, this is indeed the truth of truths! 95 So exalt the Name of your Lord, the Great. 96

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
