So I do call to witness what ye see, 38 And what you do not see, 39 that this is the speech of an honourable Messenger, 40 It is not the word of a poet: little it is ye believe! 41 Nor the word of a soothsayer; little do you remember. 42 (It is) a sending down from the Lord of all the Worlds. 43 And if he had invented false sayings concerning Us, 44 We should certainly seize him by his right hand, 45 then We would surely have cut his life-vein 46 and not one of you could have defended him. 47 And indeed this Qur’an is an advice for the pious. 48 And verily, We know that there are some among you that belie (this Quran). [Tafsir At-Tabari, Vol. 29, Page 68] 49 yet, behold, this [rejection] will indeed become a source of bitter regret for all who deny the truth [of God's revelation] 50 And most surely it is the true certainty 51 Therefore-glorify the name of your Lord, the Great. 52
