O ye who believe! Fear Allah as He should be feared, and die not except in a state of Islam. 102 And hold fast to the Bond of Allah, together, and do not scatter. Remember the Favor of Allah bestowed upon you when you were enemies, and how He united your hearts, so that by His Favor you became brothers. And how He saved you from the Pit of Fire when you were on the brink of it. And so Allah makes plain to you His verses, in order that you will be guided. 103 Let there arise out of you a group of people inviting to all that is good (Islam), enjoining Al-Ma'ruf (i.e. Islamic Monotheism and all that Islam orders one to do) and forbidding Al-Munkar (polytheism and disbelief and all that Islam has forbidden). And it is they who are the successful. 104 And be ye not as those who separated and disputed after the clear proofs had come unto them. For such there is an awful doom, 105 On the Day when some faces are bright and some faces are dark, it will be said to those with darkened faces, "Did you reject faith after accepting it? Taste, then, this punishment for having denied the truth!" 106 But those whose faces will be (lit with) white,- they will be in (the light of) Allah's mercy: therein to dwell (for ever). 107 These are the Signs of Allah: We rehearse them to thee in Truth: And Allah means no injustice to any of His creatures. 108 To Allah belongs all that is in the heavens and the earth. To Him all matters shall return. 109
