▼ 51 Drivers of the Winds
Al-Dhaareyaat 3 of 3
We built the heavens by Our authority; and We are the Lord of power and expanse. 47 We have spread out the earth and how brilliantly it is spread! 48 And of everything We have created pairs that you may be mindful. 49 Therefore fly to Allah, surely I am a plain warner to you from Him. 50 Do not set up another god, along with God. I come from Him to warn you plainly. 51 Likewise, there came not an apostle unto those before them but they said: a magician or a madman! 52 Have they arrived at a common understanding concerning this? No; but they are a people given to transgression. 53 Therefore turn away from them (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), – so there is no blame upon you. 54 And remind, for indeed, the reminder benefits the believers. 55 I have only created Jinns and men, that they may serve Me. 56 [But withal,] no sustenance do I ever demand of them, nor do I demand that they feed Me: 57 God is certainly the great provider, Lord of strength and power. 58 And indeed for these unjust is also a turn of punishment, like that of their companions – so they must not ask Me to hasten. 59 Therefore woe to those who disbelieve because of their day which they are threatened with. 60

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
