Say your prayers from the decline of the sun, until nightfall; and at dawn -- the recitation at dawn is indeed witnessed. 78 Say your special (tahajjud) prayer during some part of the night as an additional (obligatory) prayer for you alone so that perhaps your Lord will raise you to a highly praiseworthy position. 79 Say: "O my Lord! Let my entry be by the Gate of Truth and Honour, and likewise my exit by the Gate of Truth and Honour; and grant me from Thy Presence an authority to aid (me)." 80 And say, "Truth has come, and falsehood has departed. Indeed is falsehood, [by nature], ever bound to depart." 81 And We send down of the Qur'an that which is healing and mercy for the believers, but it does not increase the wrongdoers except in loss. 82 Yet when We bestow Our favours on man, he turns away and becomes remote on his side (instead of coming to Us), and when evil seizes him he gives himself up to despair! 83 Say: Every one acts according to his manner; but your Lord best knows who is best guided in the path. 84
