The people of Nooh denied the Noble Messengers. 105 When their fellowman Nooh said to them, “Do you not fear?” 106 I am a trustworthy Messenger to you; 107 fear God, and obey me. 108 “And I do not ask from you any fee for it; my reward is only upon the Lord Of The Creation.” 109 Have fear of God and obey me." 110 ۞ They answered: "Shall we place our faith in thee, even though [only] the most abject [of people] follow thee?" 111 He said, “What do I know what their deeds are?” 112 Lo! their reckoning is my Lord's concern, if ye but knew; 113 I am certainly not one to drive away the believers. 114 I am only a plain admonisher." 115 They said: "O Noah! If you do not desist, you will certainly become one of the accursed." 116 He prayed: "O Lord, verily my people accuse me of lies. 117 So open between me and them an opening, and save me and the believers who are with me' 118 So We delivered him and those with him in the loaded ark, 119 and drowned the rest. 120 Verily, in this is indeed a sign, yet most of them are not believers. 121 But, verily, thy Sustainer - He alone - is almighty, a dispenser of grace 122
