We built the heavens by Our authority; and We are the Lord of power and expanse. 47 And the earth We have spread out, and excellent is the preparer. 48 And We created all things in pairs, so that you may ponder. 49 So turn to God. I give you a clear warning from Him. 50 Do not choose other gods besides Him. I have been sent from Him to plainly warn you". 51 Similarly, no messenger came to the Peoples before them, but they said (of him) in like manner, "A sorcerer, or one possessed"! 52 What! Have they willed this utterance to one another? In fact they are a rebellious people. 53 Then turn your back upon them for you are not to blame; 54 And remind (by preaching the Quran, O Muhammad SAW) for verily, the reminding profits the believers. 55 We have created jinn and human beings only that they might worship Me. 56 No Sustenance do I require of them, nor do I require that they should feed Me. 57 Lo! Allah! He it is that giveth livelihood, the Lord of unbreakable might. 58 And indeed for these unjust is also a turn of punishment, like that of their companions – so they must not ask Me to hasten. 59 Woe, then, to the Unbelievers, on account of that Day of theirs which they have been promised! 60
